Balcony Deck Restoration & Roofing Repairs
This waterfront property in Tierra Verde required targeted exterior repairs to address water intrusion risks and restore balcony functionality. Our team repaired soffit and flashing, applied protective roofing material, and carefully reinstalled both balcony decks with the correct slope to ensure long-term water movement and drainage. The greatest challenge was working at a significant height, which required the use of special ladders and additional safety measures. The result was a structurally sound, well-protected exterior designed to withstand the coastal environment.
