Once the plan is in place, our team manages the entire construction process, from permitting and preparation to demolition, framing, and detailed craftsmanship. Scope of Work
Phase 1: Flood Remediation & Mitigation
- Removal of drywall below 24" above the high water line
- Removal of affected insulation, baseboards, porous flooring, and interior doors
- Disposal of water-damaged furniture, cabinets, trim, and vanities
- Open-wall drying strategy to reduce humidity and promote air circulation
- Application of EPA-approved fungicide for mold prevention
Phase 2: Full Interior Remodel & Rebuild
- Internal demolition to prepare for reconstruction
Installation of new drywall, interior framing, windows, and insulation
- Complete plumbing installation for 4 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area
- Full HVAC system installation
- Full electrical installation including lighting, outlets, and appliance connections
- Installation of interior finishes: Tile or vinyl flooring in bathrooms and kitchen, wood or laminate flooring in bedrooms and common areas, baseboards and paint throughout
- Kitchen and bathroom upgrades: cabinets, countertops, vanities, and shelving
- Installation of interior doors for 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, garage entry, and closets
- Final inspection to ensure code compliance

Full Home Flood Remediation & Complete Interior Reconstruction
This project involved the complete transformation of a 2,612 sq. ft. single-story home severely affected by rising flood waters. The initial phase focused on essential remediation—removing all contaminated materials, promoting proper drying, and treating the structure with EPA-approved fungicide to ensure a safe foundation for rebuilding. Once the home was fully mitigated, a comprehensive interior remodel began, preserving the original foundation and general structure while reconfiguring the interiors. The home was redesigned to include 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully upgraded kitchen, garage, and dedicated laundry area. All major systems—plumbing, electrical, and HVAC—were installed brand-new, followed by premium finishes across all living spaces. The project will conclude with a final inspection to ensure all installations and finishes meet building codes and quality standards.
