Full Home Remodel, Co-Living Conversion & ADU Addition
This project consists of a full home renovation designed to convert the property into a modern co-living space. The scope includes the complete remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, and fresh interior and exterior paint to transform an older home into an appealing and income-producing asset. Bedrooms and bathrooms were added to increase occupancy capacity and optimize rental revenue.
In addition, the existing shed on the property was converted into a fully independent ADU, adding rentable living space and property value. An exterior bathroom was also built to support additional occupancy and outdoor use. This project enhances both functionality and long-term profitability while maintaining a modern, comfortable design tailored for shared living.
