Rooftop Artificial Turf & Floating Deck Installation
This 1,200-square-foot rooftop project required the installation of artificial turf and a floating wood deck while protecting the existing waterproofing membrane. Our team installed drainage mats, custom-fitted and secured the turf without mechanical fasteners, and applied antimicrobial infill for added wind resistance. We also constructed a level floating deck using adjustable pedestals, with custom cuts around six drains and the perimeter walls. The project was completed with weatherproofing treatment, detailed cleanup, and a final quality-assurance walkthrough.
